A4, A3 or 12 x 16 inches: which print size to buy
Most prints come in three sizes, and every print comes unframed or in three frames, and the right one depends on the wall. Here is what each size looks like, where it works and what it costs.

The three sizes
- A4 is 21 x 29.7 cm, about the size of a sheet of printer paper. Unframed £19.99, framed £45.99.
- A3 is 29.7 x 42 cm, twice the area of A4. Unframed £27.99, framed £55.99.
- 12 x 16 inches is 30 x 40 cm, the usual standard frame size. Unframed £29.99, framed £55.99.

Which suits which wall
- A4: a shelf, a desk, a bathroom, a gallery wall of several, or a small gift.
- A3: above a sofa or bed, a hallway wall, or one statement piece.
- 12 x 16: where you want something a little bigger than A3 in a standard frame, such as a dining room.
Bordered or full bleed
Almost every print can have the cream border with the caption, the printed signature and a QR code to the story, or the picture edge to edge with no border. Same sizes, same frames, same price. A border suits a gallery wall; full bleed suits a single large piece.
Frames
Slim pine frames in black, white or natural oak, with shatter-resistant plexiglass and no mount. Framed prints arrive ready to hang. Choose unframed if you already have frames at home: A4 and A3 fit standard frames.
How high to hang
Centre the picture at about 145 to 150 cm from the floor. Above furniture, leave 20 to 25 cm between the furniture and the frame.
